Redwater Rustic Grille - South

Absolute 5-star service, start to finish. Myself, my boyfriend and his dad went for dinner to celebrate the purchase of our new home. None of us had ever been to Redwater before, but were we ever pleasantly surprised. Everybody absolutely loved their food - from the appies (Yam Fries and Calamari) all the way to Dessert (cheesecake and dairy-free sorbet). Our server, Kara, was so kind, professional, and attentive, and she handled my requests for vegan options with ease and enthusiasm. I was afraid of seeming 'high maintenance' as I haven't been vegan for very long, but Kara was accommodating and didn't make me feel at all like an inconvenience. I ended up with a flatbread topped with all kinds of amazing veggies and a drizzle of olive oil, and it was to die for. The guys ordered the salmon and the seafood pasta, and I'm pretty sure they both considered licking their plates. Such an amazing experience, at a fair price and in a beautiful setting close to home. We can't wait to come back.

Ninguno de nosotros había estado nunca en Redwater antes, pero eran cada vez nos sorprendió gratamente. Todo el mundo nos encantó su comida - desde los appies (patatas fritas de ñame y calamares) todo el camino hasta el postre (pastel de queso y sorbete sin productos lácteos). Nuestro servidor, Kara, fue tan amable, profesional y atento, y ella maneja mis solicitudes para las opciones vegetarianas con facilidad y entusiasmo. Tenía miedo de parecer "alto mantenimiento" ya que no he sido vegetariana durante mucho tiempo, pero Kara era servicial y no me hizo sentir en absoluto como un inconveniente. Terminé con un pan plano cubierto con todo tipo de verduras increíbles y un chorrito de aceite de oliva, y era para morirse. Los chicos ordenaron el salmón y la pasta de mariscos, y estoy bastante seguro de que ambos consideran lamiendo sus placas. Una experiencia increíble, a un precio justo y en un entorno precioso cerca de casa. No podemos esperar a volver.
