Solo dos palabras: Bacon Bleu

Lo primero, tengo que reconocer es que siempre que voy al Fosters Hollywood me apena no ver en la carta la que fue durante mi niñez mi hamburguesa favorita: Roquefort Burger.
Ahora no estaba en un Fosters, pero sí en Hollywood. De hecho en el mismo Hollywood Boulevard y nos decidimos a entrar a este restaurante de aspecto atractivo. Al abrir la carta, vemos que todas las hamburguesas, por 3$ más, te las ponen de kobe. El camareo nos recomendó una Bacon Blue y, como no, pedimos una. La conformaban: gruyere, queso azul, bacon ahumado, cebolla caramelizada, rúcula y un toque de alioli; todo esto acompañando a una exquisita hamburguesa de kobe perfectamente cocinada (hecha por fuera y roja por dentro, como a mí me gusta). Imposible de olvidar. De la otra que pedimos, sinceramente ni me acuerdo ni me importa.

Al probar la Bacon Bleu, sentí que había encontrado la superación de aquella hamburguesa favorita de la infancia.

Nos vimos en la obligación de repetir al día siguiente. Pero esta vez no se compartía ni se probaba, directamente dos Kobe Bacon Bleu con dos jarras de birra.
