If you are in Chaclacayo or Chosica or in the way to the central andes ,do not hesitate in stoping at Kausaq they serve delicious traditional peruvian food plus some specialties of the chef Gustavo Salazar. They have many years offering great to food and they have participate in Mistura the largest and best gastronomic festival of Perú. The place is warm and staff very friendly, They have the menú in spanish but they also have it in english! If you were wondering where to try: Causa, Ceviche,Lomo saltado ,peruvian roast chicken this is the place ! My advice do not miss Tacu Tacu reventón, the iconic dish of the restaurant.
